About Daniel Cremades

Daniel is directly involved in the technical development and strategy of all the company's projects. With over 15 years of experience leading large international projects in Europe, the former USSR, and Latin America, he is now based in Miami.

Previously, he served as the US Country Manager for Constructora Conconcreto, a top-tier Latin American construction company with over 2,800 direct employees focused on infrastructure, engineering, and innovation, with long-term asset investments of $1 billion dollars. Daniel has successfully launched large businesses for several companies in over ten countries on three continents. In addition, he has led the corporate engineering department responsible for designing assets worth up to $800 million dollars per year.

Daniel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

About Christian Ruiz

He is focused on investments and acquisitions and managing investor relations. Christian has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 7 years managing funds and investments in the United States. Before founding DCR Capital Partners, Christian worked for four years as a Managing Director for Pactia FCP in the United States, where he consolidated investments worth $350 million dollars. Following his time at Pactia, Christian structured the Century Asset Management capital fund, where he structured a $1 billion dollar pipeline in capex for residential and multifamily pro- ducts over the course of two years.

Christian holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, with specialization in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance from the same university.

About Marcos Minaya

Marcos founded DCR Capital in 2022 and is directly involved with all elements of the firm’s strategic direction and operations. Marcos has spent the majority of his 17-year career focused on managing, sourcing, and selling single family, multifamily and office investments and overseeing the execution of business plans. His relevant experience has included acquisitions, dispositions, financial underwriting, property valuation and market analysis for a range of property types.

Prior to this, Marcos spent 10 years at CBRE as a Vice President. While at CBRE, he advised U.S. real estate investors on the planning and execution of their investment, disposition, and capitalization strategies. During his 10-year career at CBRE, Marcos was part of a team which closed on more than $22 billion in transactions.

Prior to working at CBRE, Marcos was an REO analyst with Rialto Capital in the Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to that he held positions at LNR Property, Capital Mortgage & Investments and SunTrust Bank.

Marcos graduated from Florida International University in 2005 with a BA in Business Administration and received a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University in 2011. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as being involved with several civil and real estate related organizations.

About Julio Duarte

He has over 10 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. He has held various roles in the field, including Construction Manager, Sustainable Construction Consultant and Design Coordinator, and has delivered outstanding results in each of these capacities.

One of Julio's key areas of expertise lies in the field of green building science, where he has gained extensive knowledge of sustainable design, building systems commissioning, and certification programs such as LEED, NGBS, and EDGE. In his role as a trusted advisor, he has been responsible for overseeing the successful completion of more than 19 million square feet of built area in residential and commercial projects.

Julio is a certified professional with multiple accreditations to his name, including a Florida Certified General Contractor, NGBS Green Verifier, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M, and WELL AP. He has demonstrated his commitment to the field of sustainable construction through his leadership roles, including his tenure as Co-Founder and ex-Chief Operations Officer of CUATROPLANOS, a construction and green building consulting company in Colombia.

Julio's credentials include a Civil Engineering degree from the prestigious Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia, as well as a Master of Science degree in Building and Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

About Sara Polo

Sara plays a key role in the supervision and coordination of design projects, leading and managing them to ensure compliance with the established objectives. Her public and private sector experience over the last 8 years has allowed her to gain skills in the different stages of real estate projects as a designer, developer, and manager on different scales, from urban projects to housing details.

Her broad experience is the core of her integrated perspective acknowledging all the stages of a project to seek the best results.

Sara has a degree in Architecture from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin and is in the final stages of completing her master's degree in project management at Universidad Eafit.
